Reperio is working with a well-established software company who are on the lookout for an experienced, talented Lead Data Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will take ownership of data engineering strategy, guiding the team to build robust data pipelines, scalable storage solutions, and real-time analytics infrastructure-all powered by AWS.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in data engineering or software development
• Proven experience building data platforms on AWS (S3, Glue, Redshift, EMR, Lambda, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Step Functions)
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or AWS CloudFormation)
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with streaming data (Kinesis, Kafka, or MSK)
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD for data pipelines
• Experience using Snowflake for data warehousing
