Job summary

Optum, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a senior PMO leader in Ireland to drive end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of Data & Analytics initiatives. You will lead a team of project managers, establish governance standards, and partner with business, analytics, and technology leaders to align delivery with strategic objectives.

You will foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence, while managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project management teams, PMOs, or transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to develop governance frameworks, delivery models, and operating procedures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic-thinking capabilities.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers across Data & Analytics initiatives.
• Establish priorities, objectives, and goals for the project management function.
• Own end-to-end delivery processes, governance, and delivery standards across projects.
