Job summary

Wallace Myers International in Cork, Ireland is seeking a Resident CSA Engineer (Civil, Structural, Architectural) for a permanent on-site role at a multinational pharmaceutical client facility. You will act as the bridge between the consultancy and the client's capital projects team, supervise on-site construction, review design changes, and ensure GMP, BCAR and EHS compliance.

The role requires 3–7 years' relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with strong communication

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering, architecture, or related field.
3–7 years of relevant experience in regulated environments.
Experience in multidisciplinary consultancy or pharma/life sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary resident engineer liaison between consultancy and the client's on-site capital projects team.
Supervise civil, structural and architectural construction on a regulated pharmaceutical campus.
Review CSA design changes, constructability reviews and submittals from concept to handover.
Monitor on-site contractor performance for scope, timelines and budgets.
Ensure GMP, local building regulations, BCAR and EHS compliance.
Coordinate with mechanical, electrical and process utility teams.
