Job summary

Manley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a residential construction project from inception to handover. You will lead program progress, coordinate contract meetings, and manage procurement for the project supply chain.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a Main Contractor role, strong knowledge of construction practices and current safety regulations, plus solid computing and team skills for delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role with a Main Contractor working in Residential.
• Degree qualified in Construction / Engineering.
• Be able to communicate well and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of construction practices, trades and techniques.
• Have clear understanding of current regulations both construction and health and safety.
• Experience in management of Quality on site.
• A track record in delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Have basic computing skills as a minimum.
• Be able to demonstrate methods to maintain and run projects efficiently.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• The ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent numeracy and computer skills.
• Professional presence, dress and demeanour

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operation of the construction project from start to handover.
• Manage program and progress to achieve the client’s timeframe.
• Represent Manley at all contract meetings.
• Assist in the procurement and management of all project supply chain members.
• Manage EHS&Q on site.
