You will lead project teams, manage client relationships, assess risks, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction projects and teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Solid understanding of budgets, costs, and value engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction contracts from negotiation to execution, ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines and budgets.
• Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies for smooth delivery.
• Manage and allocate resources including labour, materials and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety and environmental standards.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Implement and promote best practices to drive efficiency and innovation across projects.
