TLI Group is seeking a Team Lead – Civil & Structural Design Engineer to lead a renewables-focused design team in Cork. The role involves managing grid and substation design, coordinating across electrical grid teams, and guiding projects through feasibility, design, planning, and construction support.

The successful candidate will have over 10 years in civil/structural design with leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a track record in large infrastructure or renewable energy

Qualifications

• Ideally 10+ years’ experience in civil/structural design.
• Experience in managing design teams & large infrastructure or renewables projects.
• Proficient with MS Project, Teams, Excel, Word, Email, etc.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil-3D/REVIT, Tekla.

Responsibilities

• Lead and successfully manage renewable design projects from tender to design completion.
• Manage, mentor and coordinate civil/structural design team personnel.
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
