TLI Group is seeking a Senior Structural Design Engineer to lead design efforts across multiple projects. You will mentor junior engineers, participate in client meetings, and deliver steel and concrete designs to Eurocode standards.

This role offers opportunities to advance within a growing company and requires active engagement with a multidisciplinary team. The position is based in our Tralee, Cork, or Dublin offices with occasional site travel and a strong focus on quality and innovation

Qualificações

• Honours degree in civil/structural engineering required.
• Chartered Engineer or pursuing chartership preferred in the near term.
• Strong client-facing and communication abilities essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Designer on projects through all design stages.
• Mentor junior team members and review designs.
• Attend client meetings and advise on design issues.
• Design steelwork and reinforced concrete structures.
• Use structural design software to produce calculations and drawings.
• Oversee foundation and geotechnical design.
• Ensure design outputs comply with Eurocode standards.
• Contribute to project management and material specification prep.
• Prepare calculations and drawing packages for issues.
• Support on-site quality audits and as-built records.
