Leading Residential Developer is seeking a Building Services Engineer for a site-based role in South Dublin. The role focuses on overseeing M&E installations, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring seamless design integration with architectural and structural elements.

You will manage M&E subcontractors, coordinate utilities and mains diversions, and contribute to value engineering and temporary services on site.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services.
• 4+ years of residential project management experience in Ireland.
• Interest in energy management.

Responsibilities

• M&E installation oversight from coordination to commissioning and handover.
• Site coordination with construction management teams and onsite problem-solving.
• Design integration to ensure M&E interfaces align with architecture and structure.
• Oversee M&E subcontractors to meet programme and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with utilities, authorities, and design teams for timely service delivery to new developments.
• Manage modifications of existing site services and mains diversions with utility providers.
• Contribute to innovation and value engineering in M&E systems.
• Oversee temporary electrical and water systems on site.
