Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Lead Solutions Architect to provide technical and architectural leadership across a complex Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 environment, supporting processing, case management, and customer services. This role is end-to-end, covering solution architecture, cloud modernization, security, governance, and production operations.

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant IT experience.
Proven leadership of complex technology programs with multiple teams.
Deep experience with D365 CE/Dataverse architecture and production operations.
Hands-on code review and root-cause analysis on complex incidents.
Strong background in IaC, CI/CD, automated deployments, and release management.
Proven track record implementing availability, backup, recovery, and data retention.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end solution architecture for Azure-hosted applications and Dynamics 365/Dataverse changes.
Lead modernization and migration from legacy .NET to Azure PaaS.
Design and govern Azure landing zone, hub-and-spoke networking, and security.
Oversee API/integration architecture with Azure API Management and App Services.
Manage data architecture for Azure SQL/SQL MI and data movement.
Produce high- and low-level designs, security architecture, and runbooks; govern designs and changes.
Develop and validate continuity and FinOps approaches, including cost governance.
Mentor engineers and coordinate vendors; investigate L3 incidents to drive root-cause.
