Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on architecture concepts and advanced applied experience.
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Expertise in one or more programming language(s).
• Deep knowledge of software, applications, and architecture, including advanced software architecture, application development, and technical processes within one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, AI, ML).
• Experience applying enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities within architecture and engineering workflows with validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to evaluate and integrate AI-enabled capabilities into scalable platforms while ensuring resiliency, security, and auditability.
• Experience leading a product as a product owner or product manager.
• Ability to present and communicate to senior leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Advises cross-functional teams on technology selection to achieve target state architecture.
• Applies AI capabilities to accelerate architecture analysis and roadmap development with human-in-the-loop validation.
• Develops multi-year roadmaps aligned with business strategy and priorities.
• Represents the LOB at Firmwide technical forums on best practices.
• Develops secure, well-architected production applications and addresses issues from feedback loops.
• Guides evaluation of current and new technologies using standards and frameworks.
• Serves as SME and contributes to development of technical methods in architecture fields.
• Establishes reuse-first AI-enabled engineering patterns with governance across SDLC.
