Flutter seeks a Lead Security Architect to design and drive the organisation's security strategy, shaping AI-ready controls and enterprise-grade architectures. You will mentor teams, collaborate across functions, and embed security excellence in ongoing digital initiatives.

The role requires extensive AWS security expertise, threat intelligence integration, and leadership experience guiding security programs in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Significant years in cybersecurity architecture and design.
• Proven AWS security architecture experience in large enterprises.
• Experience with EDR and SIEM platforms.
• Strong threat intelligence integration and threat-driven design.
• Hands-on with at least three listed tools (Wiz, Splunk, CrowdStrike, Cato AIM, Google Threat Intelligence).
• Track record of AI-ready security controls at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design next-gen security architectures addressing AI-driven threats.
• Lead agentic-led security models and implement AI-ready controls.
• Architect cloud-native security using AWS and related tools.
• Contribute to long-term security strategy and roadmap.
• Provide technical guidance across security platforms (AWS security, Wiz, Splunk, CrowdStrike).
• Mentor security teams and foster security excellence.
