JPMorganChase in Dublin is seeking an Applied AI / ML Lead Software Engineer for the Workforce Technology Solutions Data Team. You will design and operate agentic AI workflows and LLM-powered applications that enhance productivity and employee experience across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

Proficient Python for production-grade code, testing and tuning.
Experience delivering LLM-enabled applications with agentic AI patterns.
Ability to build and operate MCP integrations reliably.
Solid software engineering fundamentals: VCS, code review, CI/CD, secure dev.
Experience with ML/AI ecosystems (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
Deploy and operate workloads on AWS: compute, storage, IAM, networking.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver LLM-powered applications for workforce tech solutions.
Build and maintain agentic AI workflows with tool use, planning, and safeguards.
Create MCP servers/tools for secure agent interactions with data sources.
Develop evaluation strategies and improve performance via experiments.
Productionize models and AI services: packaging, deployment, scaling, observability.
Monitor model and system health; define SLOs/SLAs.
Build CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for data/ML/LLM systems.
Ensure governance with documentation and controls.
Develop data pipelines and retrieval layers for AI use cases.
Collaborate with product, platform engineering, SRE, security, and data teams.
Contribute to platform standards and reusable AI components.
