Job summary

HubSpot seeks a Lead Marketer, AI Usage Automation to shape how data, AI, and digital experiences guide customers at scale. You will own the strategy for customer communications, identify audiences and signals, and define the experiment framework and measurement approach.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, and other partners to translate strategy into scalable experiences, and communicate results to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and executing digital usage communications across email automation and in-product communications.
• Deep knowledge of digital customer journeys, audience engagement, experimentation, and optimization.
• Experience using data and performance insights to guide marketing decisions.
• Experience partnering across functions to move complex initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Ability to work independently through ambiguity and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy for AI-powered customer automation and target signals.
• Design the ideal customer experience and specify data inputs for engineering.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment to define requirements and resolve priorities.
• Write and quality-assure email and in-app outputs; review AI prompts for clarity and usefulness.
• Own experiment design and partner with Analytics to set up treatment/control groups.
