The Role

The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience working with lab‑based IT systems, and a solid understanding of GMP compliance. This is not a typical desktop support role and requires experience supporting laboratory equipment and environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for laboratory equipment issues and elevate to CSV/IT teams as necessary.
• Conduct periodic reviews of lab systems, including access control and audit trail checks.
• Manage user access requests for laboratory systems in compliance with internal procedures.
• Support commissioning and qualification activities for new lab equipment.
• Assist in the coordination of setup and deployment for newly acquired lab systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams including IT, Quality, and Validation to ensure GMP compliance.
• Support the transition of two internal resources moving into the new qualification group and assist with onboarding and training as needed.
• Maintain documentation and logs in line with regulatory requirements.

• Equipment across bioassay, wet chemistry, and general laboratory environments
