Premier Inn Dublin City Centre - Jervis Street is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to drive day-to-day kitchen operations. You’ll manage rota planning, place food orders, lead busy services and ensure audit-ready hygiene standards, with a clear path toward senior kitchen roles.

With a pay rate up to €17.65 per hour and a 37.5 hour work week, you’ll grow your team and kitchen knowledge in a hands-on leadership role at the UK’s Whitbread hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a busy kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage rotas, orders and stock while controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Own food ordering and stock control for the hotel kitchen.
• Lead service during peak times and manage the kitchen team.
• Prepare and oversee menu execution to spec and maintain hygiene standards.
• Train and onboard new team members and assist with shifts.
