Job summary

Premier Inn in Dublin City Centre (The Liberties) is hiring a Kitchen Team Member. Working 10 hours per week, with pay up to €15.25 per hour, on a fixed-term contract until 25 November 2026.

You will prepare ingredients, cook and plate meals for breakfast and dinner, keep the kitchen tidy, receive deliveries and stock, and work with the hotel team to ensure smooth service. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn and grow within Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
