Job summary

Premier Inn Dublin Airport is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to join a busy on-site team. You’ll help prepare, cook and plate meals for guests, with shift patterns including evenings and weekends.

No hotel experience is required; training is provided. You’ll gain kitchen skills, food safety knowledge and be part of a team that supports one another to deliver great stays.

We're currently recruiting in our Dublin Airport Premier Inn. Working 12 hours per week, paying up to €15.25 per hour. Kitchen Team Member – Premier Inn This isn’t just about cooking. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that become part of someone’s stay at Premier Inn because a good meal can make a great stay even better. One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you’ll be helping the team through a busy dinner service. If you enjoy working as part of a team and seeing the results of your work straight away, this could be the role for you.

Pay, hours and location

• Pay: Up to €15.25 per hour
• Contract: Permanent – we don’t do zero-hours contracts.
• Hours: 12 contracted hours per week.
• Location: Fixed term contract with an end date of 01/01/2027.
• Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What you’ll do

This isn't a role where you’ll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up. You’ll be part of a team that’s working together to deliver the meals our guests rely on.

You don’t need hotel experience

• Kitchen Porter
• Retail Assistant
• Warehouse Operative
