Job summary

Center Parcs Ltd at Longford Forest is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie for the Spa Café to lead daily food preparation, mentor junior staff and uphold brand standards.

This full-time role requires evenings/work weekends with a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. The position offers €19.39 per hour plus tips and a bonus scheme, plus a supportive team and opportunities for development.

Join our Vitalé Café Bar team as a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. You'll lead and develop junior staff, maintain standards and support management in driving efficiency.

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee daily food preparation and presentation to company standards
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues to support their growth

Your working hours

• Full-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
