Job summary

Center Parcs group is hiring a Bar and Waiting Team Member for Cara's Kitchen and Bar at Longford Forest in Ireland. The role is part-time with a guaranteed minimum of 80 hours over 4 weeks, with shifts between 11am and 11pm, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. A premium rate applies on Sundays.

12pm–10pm opening hours and leisure benefits are included. You'll join a relaxed, all-day dining spot with live entertainment and a kids' play area, and receive training and career

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming and seating guests
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks
• Handling payments and keeping the dining space tidy
• Supporting bar service (age restrictions may apply)

Your working hours

• Cara's Kitchen and Bar is open 7 days a week from 12pm to 10pm
• Part-time contract, with shifts falling between 11am and 11pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 80 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
