Job summary

Supermac's in Longford is seeking a full-time Crew member / Kitchen Staff to support grill, chicken and pizza areas. 30–35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a focus on food preparation, cooking to standards, and kitchen cleanliness.

Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow the operations guide and food safety guidelines, and contribute to a growing team with a strong culture.

Qualifications

• Prepare, cook and present all food items to Supermac's standards.
• Ensure all food is stored and rotated per standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of grill and back kitchen areas and perform regular cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present all food items correctly and efficiently to the standards outlined in the Supermac's operations guide.
• To ensure all food products are stored and rotated as per Supermac's standards
• To ensure that the grill area and back kitchen areas are kept clean at all times (utensils, work surfaces and floors) whilst carrying out all daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• To set up and close down the restaurant to the standards agreed by the management team
• To comply with all reasonable requests from a member of the Management Team
• Follow all regulations in relation to Food Safety and Hygiene

Job Purpose

Kitchen Staff take charge of the grill, chicken, and pizza area, where all cooking is done following our standards. They also provide help to the management as required.
