Job summary

Supermac's in Longford is hiring a full-time Crew member / Kitchen Staff to join our busy kitchen. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting all food items to our standards, including grill, chicken and pizza areas, while maintaining a clean, organized back kitchen.

Hours are 30–35 per week, Monday to Friday, with a friendly team, competitive pay and opportunities for growth. You will follow our operations guide and food safety procedures, help with management as needed and

Qualifications

• Prepare, cook, and present all food items to the standards in the operations guide.
• Store and rotate food items per Supermac's standards.
• Keep grill and back kitchen areas clean and follow cleaning schedules.
• Set up and close down the restaurant to management-approved standards.
• Follow all Food Safety and Hygiene regulations.

Job Purpose:

Kitchen Staff take charge of the grill, chicken, and pizza area, where all cooking is done following our standards. They also provide help to the management as required.

What do we expect from you:

• To prepare, cook, and present all food items correctly and efficiently to the standards outlined in the Supermac's operations guide.
• To ensure all food products are stored and rotated as per Supermac's standards
• To ensure that the grill area and back kitchen areas are kept clean at all times (utensils, work surfaces and floors) whilst carrying out all daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• To set up and close down the restaurant to the standards agreed by the management team
• To comply with all reasonable requests from a member of the Management Team
• Follow all regulations in relation to Food Security and Hygiene
