Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc in Galway is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support the kitchen team. You'll assist Head Chef and Sous Chef, ensure cleanliness, and help maintain HACCP standards to uphold high kitchen hygiene.

Training through Dalata Academy offers growth opportunities, with internal development programs and a friendly team environment. Flexibility to work mornings/evenings/weekends is expected; previous kitchen experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
• Monitor food quality and maintain a supply of clean ware, cooking ware and kitchen utensils at all times.
• Ensure the kitchens are clean at all times.
• Work with the chef team to maintain HACCP standards.
