Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group – Clayton Hotel Burlington Road is inviting applications for a Kitchen Porter role. You will receive training through the Dalata Academy to learn essential kitchen skills and be guided by experienced team members to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience.
• Flexibility with mornings/evenings/weekends.
• Ability to work in a team or on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
• Take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring food; maintain supplies of clean ware and utensils.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times.
• Work alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standards.

Your Job:

• Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
