Job summary

The SpitJack Rotisserie Brasserie in Limerick is looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team. Start dates are immediate or flexible, with full training provided for those new to the role.

We offer flexible schedules, including part-time and full-time options, and generous gratuities in a fast-paced, high- standard kitchen environment. Wages start from €14.15/hour, with opportunities for increased pay on Sundays and bank holidays, and a path for career growth through internal promotions

Responsibilities

• Washes up and manages dishware, pots and kitchen equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment and workstations.
• Assists chefs with basic food prep tasks as needed.
• Receives and stores deliveries correctly.
• Manages waste and recycling in line with kitchen procedures.
• Follows food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Supports the wider kitchen team during service.

We're now looking for a hardworking, reliable Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team.

Wages:

From €14.15/hour

Responsibilities:

• Washing up and managing dishware, pots, and kitchen equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations

• Receiving and storing deliveries correctly
• Managing waste and recycling in line with kitchen procedures
