Job summary

The SpitJack Limerick, a award-winning rotisserie brasserie, is seeking a skilled and service-driven waiter/barista/bartender to join our floor team in Limerick. This hands-on operations role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and takes pride in crafting high-quality beverages. Location: Bedford Row, Limerick.

Start date is immediate or flexible. Salary range is €14.15–€15.15 per hour for full-time or part-time roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a bartender or barista in a busy restaurant.
• Fluent English with a warm, efficient service style.
• Full permission or a valid visa to work in the EU.
• Knowledge of licensing laws and health & safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & serve beverages to high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar and station.
• Know beverages including coffee, cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
• Stock management for daily operations.
• Follow licensing, Customs & Excise Regulations, health, hygiene, and fire regulations.
• Handle cash & transactions.
• Glassware and equipment care.
• Team collaboration with front-of-house.
