Job summary

Cashel Palace Hotel in Cashel, Co. Tipperary, is recruiting a Full-time Kitchen Porter for Sadler's, our casual dining restaurant in Fethard. This is a long term permanent job.

Duties include washing crockery and utensils, daily and deep cleaning of kitchen areas, keeping stores neat and tidy, reporting faults and hazards, assisting with deliveries and taking part in stock checks.

Responsibilities

• Wash crockery and utensils
• Daily clean of kitchen areas
• Deep clean of kitchen equipment
• Keep stores areas neat and tidy
• Keep refrigeration and freezers organised
• Report failing equipment to Supervisor
• Report Health and Safety hazards to Supervisor
• Communicate effectively with staff
• Contribute to stock taking as required
• Provide Porter support with deliveries
• Carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
