Responsibilities

• Responsible for the everyday cleanliness of the kitchen
• Ensuring that equipment is clean and ready for next use
• Manage stock of cleaning chemicals and cleaning equipment
• Work as part of the hotel team
• This is a hands-on role which will require the occasional heavy lifting
• Other duties as assigned by the Head Chef and Hotel Manager
