Job summary

The O'Callaghan Collection, a luxury family-owned group of Dublin hotels, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping professional to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across our properties. You will play a key role in ensuring memorable guest experiences through attention to detail, efficient service, and a warm, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Provide superb guest service with excellent people skills.
• Demonstrate outstanding attention to detail in delivering customer care standards.
• Be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Acknowledge health and safety protocols in a hotel environment.
• Be available for early starts, late finishes, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out quickly.
• Collect and wash pots and pans.
• Clean food prep areas, equipment, crockery and cutlery.
• Unload food and equipment deliveries.
• Keep storeroom organised.
• Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
