Job summary

The Tower Hotel & Leisure Centre in Waterford is seeking an organised Kitchen Porter to join our team across multiple kitchens. You will help maintain back-of-house cleanliness and hygiene, supporting smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities include washing and sanitising equipment, maintaining cleaning schedules, and assisting with deliveries and stock rotation. Flexibility for shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen porter experience is desirable.
• Good understanding of hygiene, health & safety procedures.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and to working on own initiative.
