Job summary

The Clubhouse at Fota Island Resort, part of The Fota Collection, invites you to join a busy, welcoming kitchen team as a Kitchen Porter. You will support the culinary team by maintaining cleanliness, handling dishes, and assisting with deliveries in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain excellent hygiene standards across all kitchen areas in line with Health and Safety regulations.
• Carry out routine cleaning duties according to the cleaning schedule.
• Empty bins regularly and as needed.
• Wash and store kitchenware (pots, pans, equipment, etc.) properly and neatly.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks of kitchen and storage areas.
• Assist with deliveries and stock rotation.
