The Clubhouse at The Fota Island Resort is seeking Kitchen Porters to support the busy resort kitchens. You will help maintain high standards of cleanliness, support the culinary team, and assist with deliveries and stock rotation across multiple kitchen areas.

Role Requirements:

• Maintain excellent hygiene standards across all kitchen areas in line with Health and Safety regulations
• Carry out routine cleaning duties according to the cleaning schedule

• Perform deep cleaning tasks of kitchen and storage areas
• Assist with deliveries and stock rotation
