Job summary

The Clubhouse, The Fota Collection, is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support busy resort kitchens at Foaty, Fota Island Resort. The role focuses on maintaining high hygiene standards, supporting the culinary team, and performing routine cleaning and basic deliveries, within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain excellent hygiene standards across all kitchen areas in line with Health and Safety regulations.
• Carry out routine cleaning duties according to the cleaning schedule.
• Empty bins regularly and as needed.
• Wash and store kitchenware (pots, pans, equipment, etc.) properly and neatly.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks of kitchen and storage areas.
• Assist with deliveries and stock rotation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hygienic kitchen areas to the standard required by Health and Safety regulations.
• Carry out daily cleaning and sanitising tasks as per schedule.
