Job summary

The SpitJack Rotisserie Brasserie in Limerick City is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen. Start date is immediate or flexible. No experience is required as full training is provided, and we offer flexible Part-Time and Full-Time schedules.

Wages start from €14.15/hour with enhanced rates on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Join a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen and advance with our learning programs and internal promotions.

Responsibilities

• Washing up and managing dishware, pots, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
• Assisting chefs with basic food prep tasks as needed.
• Receiving and storing deliveries correctly.
• Managing waste and recycling in line with kitchen procedures.
• Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Supporting the wider kitchen team during service.

We're now looking for a hardworking, reliable Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team.

Wages:
From €14.15/hour

Responsibilities:

• Washing up and managing dishware, pots, and kitchen equipment

• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations

• Assisting chefs with basic food prep tasks as needed

• Receiving and storing deliveries correctly

• Managing waste and recycling in line with kitchen procedures

• Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times

• Supporting the wider kitchen team during service
