Job summary

Sodexo Ireland is hiring a Kitchen Porter in Clonee, Meath. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm, with a pay of €14.15 per hour. The position supports a corporate catering service and includes a benefits package and career development opportunities.

You'll help keep kitchen areas and equipment clean, assist with deliveries, waste disposal, and basic food prep while working closely with the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Full training provided; kitchen experience is a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is desirable.
• A good eye for cleanliness, hygiene and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Keep all kitchen areas, equipment, crockery, and utensils clean, tidy, and well-organised.
• Assist chefs with checking, accepting, and storing incoming deliveries.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables safely and responsibly.
• Assist chefs with food preparation tasks as needed.
• Work closely with the kitchen team and support colleagues.

What you'll do
