Job summary

Sodexo in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, is hiring a full-time Kitchen Porter to keep kitchen areas clean and well-organised. You will assist chefs with deliveries and food prep, dispose of waste responsibly, and work closely with the kitchen team to support colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Full training is provided, and there are extensive employee benefits. A team-first attitude and a commitment to cleanliness are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Good eye for cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Keep all kitchen areas, equipment, crockery, and utensils clean, tidy, and well-organised.
• Help the chefs to check, accept, and correctly store incoming deliveries.
• Disposing of kitchen waste and recyclables safely and responsibly.
• Assist chefs with food prep tasks if needed.
• Work closely with the kitchen team and supporting your colleagues.
