The K Club, Ireland, is seeking an experienced Kitchen Assistant to join our trailblazing culinary team. You will support a busy kitchen across two clubhouses, ensuring cleanliness, compliance with HACCP, and smooth service.

We value adaptability, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn. This role requires flexibility in hours and a full driving license, with staff benefits and development opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment.
• Own transport is required as the role is based across two Clubhouses.
• Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving license is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Have the ability to work in a busy pressurised environment.
• To ensure that the kitchen area is clean and tidy at all times both during and after service.
• To ensure the back of house and staff areas are kept clean and tidy.
• To ensure the high standards of cleanliness are adhered to at all times in accordance with HACCP specifications.
• Be flexible in relation to hours of work.
• To participate fully in training provided by the company.
