Job summary

The SpitJack in Limerick is seeking a reliable Kitchen Assistant to support the kitchen team in a fast-paced rotisserie brasserie. Responsibilities include food prep, maintaining cleanliness, dishwashing, receiving deliveries, and upholding food safety standards to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Assisting chefs with food prep and basic cooking tasks
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
• Washing up and managing dishware/pot wash
• Receiving and storing deliveries correctly
• Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Supporting the wider kitchen team during service
