Job summary

Choice Stores is seeking a reliable Keyholder for its Navan store at Blackwater Retail Park. The role supports store operations, delivers strong customer service, and reinforces security and loss prevention alongside the management team.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, are trustworthy with till routines, and can cover varied shifts including evenings and weekends. Competitive hourly rate and pro rata annual leave are offered.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as required, ensuring it’s ready for trade.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support daily floor operations.
• Support the store management team in guiding and supporting team members.
• Follow store routines related to tills use, stock control and loss prevention.
• Monitor store presentation, merchandising standards, and product availability.
• Take ownership of floor operations and team support as required.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.

Your Role:

We are now seeking reliable, responsible, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Keyholders. This role is ideal for individuals with retail experience who are ready to step into a leadership-support position, playing a key role in the store’s day-to-day operations and security.

What You'll Do:

Hourly Rate (Age 20+): € 14.75 per hour

• Age 19: 90% of the applicable adult rate
• Age 18: 80% of the applicable adult rate
• Under 18: 70% of the applicable adult rate
