Job summary

Uniphar in Dublin is seeking a Management Accountant for a fixed 12‑month contract, on-site. You will provide dedicated financial support, collaborate on robust analyses, and ensure accurate reporting across legacy and new ERP systems.

You will prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis, perform reconciliations, and drive improvements in financial reporting and controls. Strong Excel and accounting qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent) is required or preferred.
• Systems orientation with ability to work across multiple financial systems and maintain data integrity.
• Knowledge and experience across ERP systems (SAP an advantage).
• Analytical skills to identify discrepancies, reconcile data and ensure accuracy across dual reporting environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the finance & project team in managing financial reporting during dual running of legacy and new ERP systems.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis for the business unit.
• Perform reconciliations across multiple systems to ensure data integrity.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between financial reports with finance, project & IT teams.
• Validate financial data during system migration and support operational decision-making.
• Assist with month-end close activities and ensure reporting deadlines.
