Job summary

NRL is seeking a Junior Contracts Administration Consultant in Dublin to join a client team working on transport infrastructure projects. You will support contract management, compliance, and O&M activities across PPP concessions, with on-site work 2–3 days per week.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years post-graduate experience in transport infra, a Level 8 engineering degree, and strong communication. A valid driving license and familiarity with NEC4/PPP contracts are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate experience in transport infrastructure projects.
• Experience overseeing operations and maintenance activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct contract management and administration, performance monitoring, and operations supervision.
• Prepare draft responses for formal contract correspondence.
• Carry out audits, site inspections, and compliance checks for O&M and asset management.
• Assist with Task Orders, Compensation Events, and variation notices for PPP concessions.
• Evaluate contractor submissions and review design certificates for compliance.
• Support traffic data reporting and analysis; monitor Tunnel Safety Directive obligations.
• Attend PPP exercises and review emergency procedures.
