Job summary

Mercedes-Benz South Dublin (MSL Motor Group) is seeking a Junior Salesperson for our Deansgrange location. This role can suit candidates with or without prior sales experience and offers an exciting career in electric mobility.

You will become a BYD brand product expert, drive profitability through vehicle and accessory sales, and deliver exceptional customer service while meeting KPI targets and contributing to growth in a dynamic dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be proactive and target-oriented.
• Must excel at understanding and anticipating customer needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail.
• Good administrative and IT skills; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong product knowledge of the BYD brand and current line-up.
• Drive profitability by selling new BYD vehicles and promoting finance, insurance, and add-ons.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Build rapport with showroom visitors and seek new opportunities beyond the showroom.
• Follow the MSL sales process and meet annual volume, model mix, and used-car targets.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers daily, weekly and monthly.
• Meet accessories targets and all KPI targets in line with commission structure.

We wish to recruit a Junior Salesperson for our location in MSL South Dublin, Deansgrange. This can be with or without previous Sales experience.

Key Duties And Responsibilities To Include

• Become a product Genius by building and developing a robust product knowledge of the BYD brand whilst keeping up to date of changes or amendments to the current product line up.
• Achieving maximum profitability on the sales of our new range of BYD vehicles, promoting finance, insurance and auxiliary products.
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process so all customer expectations are met, if not exceeded.
• Building a strong rapport with customers visiting the dealership and proactively seeking new opportunities for the business outside the showroom environment.
• Implement the MSL sales process consistently.
• Achieving new volume and model mix targets set each year by the company.
• Achieving used car targets set each year.
• Achieving targets for outbound calls to prospective customers daily, weekly, monthly.
• Achieving Accessories targets set.
• Achieving all relevant KPI’s in line with the company’s commission structure.
