Job summary

JLL in Dublin is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of commercial projects, from inception to handover. You will develop detailed schedules using MS Project, manage budgets, cost reporting and procurement, and coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong client-facing communication, deep construction knowledge, and a track record of managing projects up to €10 million+.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full project lifecycles from inception to handover.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial projects; typically €500k–€10m.
• Develop project plans, schedules and critical-path activities.
• Prepare budgets, track expenditures and forecast costs.
• Coordinate procurement, contracts and change control.
• Monitor progress, ensure on-time completion and quality standards.
