Job summary

Atlantic Projects Company in Limerick is seeking a Junior Project Accountant to join the APC team. This full-time role, based at our office in Limerick, supports financial administration of outages and maintenance projects and reports to the Financial Controller.

Key duties include timesheet and payroll processing, accounts payable and receivable, expense handling, and general administration. The role offers an 8:00-5:00 schedule, with training and pension opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with timesheet and payroll processing.
• Experience with accounts payable and invoicing.
• Experience with accounts receivable and billing.
• General administration and office duties.
• Ability to support weekly operations meetings.

Responsibilities

• Set up daily sign-in sheets and weekly payroll sheets.
• Consolidate hours into a master spreadsheet.
• Process supplier requisitions and purchase orders.
• Prepare and submit expense sheets for approval.
• Support billing cycle and invoicing.
• Provide cover during leave and attend meetings.
