Job summary

Dogpatch Labs in Dublin is seeking a data and portfolio operations analyst to support the Accelerator program. You will gather data, perform due diligence, build dashboards and manage reporting for a large portfolio of companies.

The role covers data systems, CRM, and investment documentation, with a hybrid work setup and a 1-year fixed-term contract. Competitive salary range €35,000–€40,000 plus benefits including health insurance and pension.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting, organising, validating and consolidating data from multiple sources.
• Strong spreadsheet competency (Google Sheets) and working knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Experience preparing reports and supporting recurring reporting cycles.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management support for 200+ companies from pre-seed to Series C.
• Lead due diligence coverage from information gathering to reports.
• Maintain and enhance data systems underpinning reporting and decisions.
• Support data collection, analysis and reporting across pre-accelerators and events.
