Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist in forecasting model development and methodologies.
  • Streamline reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Forecast future work volumes and identify required resource capacity.
  • Schedule works in line with capability, targets and KPI's.
  • Coordinate with Operations on scheduling issues.
  • Produce and distribute Management Information (Reports).
  • Carry out weekly Plan Do Reviews with Operations to assess workflow effectiveness.
  • Support continuous improvement and IT utilization within the department.
  • Process and submit payments and completions.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required by the business.

The Role.

GMC are currently looking for a Junior Plant & Fleet Administrator to join our Plant & Fleet team.

The successful candidate will provide administrative and coordination support across our Plant & Fleet operations, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of projects across the business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Assist in the development and refinement of forecasting models and methodologies.
  • Continuously evaluate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Create a forecast of future work volumes and identify optimum resource capacity required to undertake.
  • Programme works in accordance with operational capability, commercial targets, and KPI's.
  • Liaise with Operations regarding scheduling issues.
  • Produce and distribute Management Information (Reports) and identify and act upon areas of poor Performance.
  • Carry out weekly "Plan Do" Reviews with Operations to assess the effectiveness of the Workflow function.
  • Contribute towards the departments approach to continuous improvement and utilisation of information technology.
  • Ability to process and submit payments and completions.
  • Ad hoc tasks as required by the wider business.
