Job summary

Circet Ireland are hiring a Junior HSEQ Advisor to join our team in Dublin and the wider Leinster region. You will help develop and manage HSEQT systems in line with ISO standards and ensure site compliance across worksites.

The role requires NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, a degree or equivalent, and a minimum of 1 year’s experience, with strong communication and MS Office skills. CSCS card holders are preferred.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent.
• Degree qualified or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year’s experience.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
• CSCS Card.

Responsibilities

• Development of the HSEQT Management system, in line with OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001), ISO 9001,ISO 14001.
• Reporting to management on the performance of the management systems and any need for improvement.
• To provide assurance to the HSEQT Manager by means of appropriate monitoring and intervention.
• Oversee, monitor and evaluate the operation of HSEQT performance, working with senior management.
• To ensure that all worksites are fully compliant with legal HSEQT obligations.
• Completion of Construction Stage Plans, Pre-Qualification & Tender Documents, Emergency Response Plans etc
• Approval, monitoring and reviewing of all sub-contractor works
• Ensuring records of incidents are maintained and investigated
