Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Dublin is seeking a Graduate/Junior Fund Accountant to join its growing financial services team. This role is ideal for a graduate with 1-2 years’ experience and a strong interest in fund accounting, investment funds and asset management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Investments or related discipline.
• 1-2 years' experience preferred; strong graduates also welcome.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and investment funds.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily NAV calculations and fund accounting.
• Completing cash, custody and income reconciliations.
• Reviewing investment prices, FX movements and exceptions.
• Processing trades and security transactions.
• Supporting financial and regulatory reporting.
• Assisting with annual and interim financial statements.
• Gaining exposure to a diverse range of funds, clients and global markets.
