Job summary

CET Connect, part of MTM Group, is seeking a Junior EHS Advisor to join our team on a rotational basis for projects across Europe. You will work with the EHS Manager and project teams to implement EHS management systems and support compliance initiatives in a fast-paced engineering and construction environment.

This role offers hands-on exposure to RAMS, site audits, training delivery, and continuous improvement, helping you develop your career in Environmental, Health and Safety while

Qualifications

• Level 7 Diploma in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• Some EHS experience in engineering or construction preferred.
• Commitment to developing within EHS professional career.

Responsibilities

• Develop RAMS for planned works from start to finish.
• Maintain and update EHS documentation and records.
• Support implementation of EHS management systems across projects.
• Contribute to EHS training and toolbox talks.
• Attend site meetings and assist with risk identification and improvements.
• Conduct audits and inspections and support corrective actions.
