Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services in Dublin, Ireland, seeks experienced EHS Engineers to support compliance across engineering services, construction projects, and validation activities. You will work on client sites, auditing project compliance and assisting with administrative duties as needed.

The role emphasizes safety planning, regulatory guidance, and coordination with subcontractors on RAMS, permits, and site EHS requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in safety, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of construction safety experience.
  • Knowledge of RAMS review and approvals, permitting, SPAs, fall protection, trenching and shoring, crane lifts, steel erection, hot work, confined space, emergency plans, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Assists project teams by supporting subcontractor qualifications, safety plan development and implementation.
  • Performs EHS compliance audits and inspections at IPS project sites.
  • Records and reports audit results and helps implement corrective actions.
  • Collates weekly safety statistics and maintains the reporting system.
  • Provides on-site EHS support for projects requiring continuous oversight.
  • Reviews daily Safe Plan of Action developed by subcontractors.
  • Attends meetings and supports EHS department administrative tasks.
  • Researches regulations and assists with construction site EHS compliance.
