Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is representing a leading Irish building contractor in search of a Junior EHS Advisor to support ISO‑accredited safety systems across multiple sites in South Dublin. The role requires at least one year of construction site experience and a degree or diploma in Safety & Health.

You will work with EHS managers and project teams, deliver toolbox talks, conduct site inductions, and help manage safety and environmental risks on diverse projects.

Qualifications

• A Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health.
• NFQ Level 7 qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of health & safety experience on a residential or commercial construction site.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of ISO‑accredited Safety Management System across multiple sites.
• Review subcontractor safety documentation (Method Statements, Safe Plans of Action).
• Conduct site inductions for employees, subcontractors and visitors.
